We’re very excited to announce the release of our video Boy City by Old Dude Skate Co. that we’ve been filming for over the past 6 months or so. It’s a combination homie video, passion project, promotional tool, video filming and editing exercise, and whatever else it might be to you. I just finished the final export as I’m posting this episode and will start uploading it to all appropriate platforms as soon as possible. Aaron and I talk a lot about it and the process involved this week since he was able to get a glimpse of a near finished edit before we sat down to record.
Our first podcast of 2018 and it’s -5 degrees out, but we’re so thankful for all of our listeners and for all the support! We remember 2017 and recall some of our most favorite skateboarding moments, and we talk about some of the most recent skateboarding clips that caught our eyes. We’re off to Cream City for a session as soon we’re finished up recording. Happy New Year!
Barn Burner Crew updates, more Jamie Foy as he battles El Toro, lots of love for Jaws after his Nine Club interview, another vintage skateboard for the growing museum, ETN’s latest Let it Ride, plans for 2018 and so much more…
While we try using Facebook as a means to record a podcast, we end up going over non skating tech support issues before we ever get to talk about Leticia going pro and another Jamie Foy sighting among many frontside blunts. So much skateboarding to talk about and we just can’t get to it all… Please enjoy and tell a friend about us!
Last week’s episode we talked about skaters and ramps finding their way to me, this week it’s the original refrigerator from Cream City Skatepark in Butler, WI. covered in years of stickers. Lots of skateboarding clips to go over, especially from Jamie Foy and Lizzy Armanto. We’re also talking about trying to build a skater community message board here on Skatosis.com.
